"Os Descendentes" e "Toda Forma de Amor" estão entre os indicados do Spirit Awards

"Os Descendentes", "Toda Forma de Amor", "Drive", "50/50", "O Abrigo" e "The Artist" são os indicados a melhor filme no Spirit Awards. O anúncio foi feito nesta terça (29) em Los Angeles por Anthony Mackie e Kate Beckinsale.

"Os Descendentes" marca o retorno do diretor Alexander Payne ("Sideways") em sete anos e é estrelado por George Clooney, enquanto "Toda Forma de Amor", protagonizado por Ewan McGregor, foi o vencedor do Gotham Awards.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt e Seth Rogen protagonizam a comédia "50/50", e "Drive" traz no elenco o novo queridinho de Hollywood Ryan Gosling e Carey Mulligan. Com atores menos conhecidos, o drama "O Abrigo", de Jeff Nichols, e "The Artist", de Michel Hazanavicius, gravado em preto e branco, fecham a lista de concorrentes.

A premiação acontece em 25 de fevereiro em Santa Monica, Estados Unidos. Para concorrer ao prêmio, os filmes devem ter sido feitos por um produtor americano por menos de 20 milhões de dólares.

Voltado para produções independentes e espécie de termômetro do Oscar, o Spirit Awards premiou no ano passado o filme "Cisne Negro", estrelado por Natalie Portman.
